London (UK) based B2B services firm is looking for a US based part time virtual assistant / client assistant to help with their growing US business. You will have to assist clients by email and chat and potentially over the phone with their queries and liaise with colleagues in Europe. You may also need to deal with suppliers/agencies and manage files electronically as needed. Any experience in accounting, bookkeeping, banking, law offices and similar environments is useful. We are looking for someone who is available for around 20 hours a week, ideally in the morning US time on Monday to Friday. Long term position. Immediate start.
