Virtual Assistant to Founder of Meet to Marry

We are Meet to Marry, the brand people trust and turn to when they want to break out of frustrating relationship patterns and finally find true healthy love and commitment. Meet to Marry offers transformational programs that take smart, successful singles from being stuck to finding the relationship of their dreams.

We are searching for a VA to support the founder to:

-Take care of daily customer service tasks including calendar management, follow up and communicate with prospective clients who scheduled appts but didnt fill out an applications, didnt watch our masterclass, cancelling appts with people who arent pre-qualified, answering support questions and getting people excited about the session to increase appt show up rates..
-Interfacing with various team members and vendors to move projects forward.
-Schedule posts and upload articles in Infusionsoft
-Minor video editing of interviews
Use various programs like Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, Infusionsoft, ScheduleOnce, wufoo, our ticketing system and project management tools.

-Must be super organized (SUPER ORGANIZED)
-Open, communicative and flexible
-Have a personal growth mindset
-Experience working virtually
-Have high speed internet
-Excellent customer service skills
-Heavy follow through and initiative
-Experience with Meet Edgar is a strong plus
-Experience with Infusionsoft is a strong plus
-Ability to create simple graphics to accompany posts is a strong plus
