I am an independent consultant and need an assistant to help with marketing activities and online research.

These activities will include:

- Weekly status call (15 mins) to discuss tasks, answer questions and give feedback
- Daily status update via Toogit message, email or text message
- Editing, formatting and publishing blog entries (Wordpress)
- Editing, formatting, and scheduling marketing emails (ConvertKit)
- Searching, tagging, and adding LinkedIn connections (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Updating, organizing and maintaining CRM (Pipedrive)
- Performing online research (e.g. to find speaking opportunities)

This is not a client facing position. You will not interact with my clients, only me.

APPLICATIONS

You must be willing to learn the following applications (previous experience is a plus but not required):

- Pipedrive
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Notion
- Buffer
- Hootsuite
- Todoist

REQUIREMENTS

- Must have at least 3-4 hours a day to commit to this project (15hrs/week or more)
- Must be able to follow instructions (often provided in recorded video format)
- Must be able to think independently and creatively based on guidance and direction
- Must be willing and able to deliver a daily report of activity/tasks
- Must be able to stick to deadlines and agreed upon schedules

- I appreciate and expect you will have good questions and make suggestions
