Virtual COO

We are looking for a virtual COO who can be involved in our companys operation.

Our company consists a team of Developers, Testers, Chat Support and Marketers. They mostly work from our office in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. We also hire some freelancers and home based employees.

Our company has took a new direction to focus on Blockchain related projects. These include mining, trading and build software.

The problem with our company is that it is relatively young (Although it has been active for 5 years, we have only started expanding to its current size 1.5 years ago). Many processes are not in place and work quality are usually dependent on who is working on it.

I like to have someone who can plan and strategize with me, come up with workflows, and manage key people virtually. I imagine the following person will fit this job:

1) Able to plan and document the plans

2) Have experience in managing, motivating people

3) Can work remotely and available most of the time

4) Preferably have software development and marketing experience

As I would prefer a strongly committed person, I would like a proposal on a basic salary with some profit sharing elements.
