Visio Drafting Skills

I have a set of telecom drawings Im putting together that are a little rough. I dont have great Visio skills, and so Ive cut some corners and Id like to clean this set up a bit, before I expand and migrate it. Ive included a drawing set Im working on.

Looking for probably 4-8 hours skilled assistance.

- I do all spreadsheets in google, and Ive just been copy/pasting images because if I export to xls, and import to the drawing the format goes to crap. Its not really worth it to me to export to Excel just to import (copy/paste is working), however Im open to new ideas here.

2. I have a zillion templates open that come with the drawings, that I have inherited. I need to clean up and develop a baseline of goodies that I build drawings with.

3. I dont have a good image fu, so my images are huge-ish, and I probably need to cut them down. its time to worry about file sizes, need recommendations/assistance.

4. I love using connectors, but usually I need to lay the drawing out for looks, pulling the routes of the lines to look good. If I move the base objects, the lines re-route and turns to junk. Im sure theres a way to deal with this, but I need help here...!


Im not a great draftsman, but I enjoy making nice things, and Im looking for someone who knows Visio very well to get me straightened out a bit.
