Visual Studio Load Testing VSTS

We have a single web page on Azure that automatically logs into office 365 and selects button on a page. The page can take 10 minutes to select all buttons. each button updates an exel online entry. We test outside of VSTS and it works great. Inside VSTS it does not but no had errors. How can we do some Volume or Load testing of this page? Maybe we need end to end testing? Not sure. Need help and recommendation.
