VMware DevOps Consultant vRealize Orchestrator

Looking for the experienced Vmware devops consultant / developer with proven experience creating worklows using Vmware vCenter orchestrator and rest api to call the workflows.
We are delivering a Proof of concept that already has an AI platform (virtual operator) where they system administrators using natural language are alreqsy sending commands to a an open stack platform to query the virtual environment status and perform basic operarions such as power on, power off, restart VMs.
Now they want to extend this functionality to their vmware vSphere environment.
The PoC ro implement is pretty basic im terms of functionality,:

1. the following vRO workflows must be developed related to VM operations in a vSphere environment:
- power on a VM
- power off a VM
- shudown guest OS
- add RAM to a VM
- get VM power status
- query VM CPU and RAM utilization in %

2.Expose the workflows developed in step 1 using REST APIs

3. Provide support to devops admim to call the workflows via rest API from the AI platform

The final result should produce something like this

Lets say the virtual operator is named Jimmy

Jimmy, what is the status of XYZ VM?

Jimmys answer: the XYZ VM and is powered off

Jimmy lets power om XYZ VM

Jimmys reply: Done, the VM XYZ is running

If the PoC works a large Proyect will be imolemented and of course the devops should have the first optiom to execute it

We will provide thw infrasteucture required to build the workflows
