Voice over needed for medical presentations

I have about 100 videos of courses on radiology. They have poor quality audio and not engaging. Looking to do voice over on every video. 100 plus videos. These are between 5 and 17 min long each. We do not have a script on each video as we would just need the slide read. Is this sound like something that is too big and too costly? Samples:
