VOIP.ms Asterisk PBX Systems Admin

Currently using VOIP.ms sending calls to our PBX phones mostly in the United States but a couple in Bulgaria.

We have 4 Grandstream phones (one in BG) 3-4 soft phones (2 iphones using Acrobits and a couple more on macbook pros).

Need some assistance in setting all the features up and guidance on what other tools hardware I might need to get the most functionality out of my system.

I had a local expert come in and pretty much changed all my working settings so that now many are lacking or not working. In other words he messed everything up!

Heres what does work:
Hunt groups
Time settings
Transferring calls
Voice Mail
IVR

Heres what needs tweaking or doesnt work
No address/phonebook options: The choices are Local Phonebook, Local Group and LDAP. I need to know which one will serve us the best and then set it up.

Grandstream GXP2160 not working and I cant seem to get it too. I recently upgraded our ISP connection to 200mbps and this phone no longer makes a connection using a LAN cable.

Upgrade Time settings to include an after hours IVR with selection options
Upgrade IVR when no agents available.

Caller ID Filtering
Failover
Ring groups
Voicemail Time Settings
Foreign IP Block
Security Email Notification
SMS/Text Messages
Caller ID Including inbound
Outbound 800 Calling

Anything else needed to get the best experience for me and my customers.

This is a budgeted project so please let me know the expected time to correct this (estimate) and we can go from there.
