We need a designer to do the redesign our website.

Hi, We are Awesome OS! We are looking for a web designer, who supports us to make our website look awesome too. Our current website is simple, it looks a bit old and less awesome as our team is now.

What do we do?

Awesome OS recruits skilled and passionate employees whom we encourage by providing growth opportunities within our company environment.

We offer well paid innovative oriented jobs for customer interaction, back office activities, graphic design, and web development. Our approach is driven and unique in this field.

Our clients are mainly startup companies from Germany. They expect us to think outside the box and provide solutions that help break revenue and traffic targets, and thats what we expect from our employees.

How do we want to be seen?
We are not a classic outsourcing company and also dont want to be seen as one.
The big difference is that our employees work in our offices, but are fully integrated into the clients organizational and process infrastructure. We help our employees to develop their personal career-relevant skills and support each other on a daily base. We feel like a family and invite everyone to just come by to our office to receive an authentic insight of how we work.

What should the purpose of the website be?
There are two purposes of the website, one is to generate leads on the German market.
Startups should be immediately informed and triggered to get in touch with us. The other purpose is to inform potential employees about our company and to feel invited and informed about our career options/ jobs and the great atmosphere.
