Web Developer Full Stack Back and Front

Im looking for a super star web developer to join me in the early stages of market celebrity. I have big ideas and I need a big time Web Developer. This is a permanent position. I need someone ready to hit the ground running who has the infrastructure to work from home in the Philippines. You must know the full stack back and front, especially relational databases. Salary will be every week after one year I will pay for health insurance for you and your family. I would like to keep the weekly salary modest in the beginning but you will control all the code and development. As the company grows and we gain trust you will be glad you took the job. This is a long term position hopefully for life. If you are a top one percent programmer I expect within the year your salary will grow and grow. Over time I expect you to eventually manage a team of developers. Join me.
