Web developer needed to add audio recording to web page

I am looking for a freelancer who can add an audio recording button to a web page (already created in HTML5) for a language research project. After watching a short video in Spanish and being prompted to start a sentence (knowledge of Spanish not needed for this project), the user will press the audio button to complete the sentence, the microphone will be activated, the user will speak for about 20 seconds, an audio file will be generated, and then saved to the server with a filename sequence that makes it clear which participant it belongs to. The user will then click Next, see a new prompt, and audio record again. Ideally, the button/record/save configuration will be easy to replicate from page to page.

This may be an ongoing project to create a system that helps researchers accept audio responses from participants.
