Web Development - Implement Navigation Menu

My website is a cloud storage site but is poorly organized and my users are having difficulty accomplishing workflow. I need a web developer to look at user functionality and propose and then execute a reorganization of the site or navigation menu that is more simple than the present navigation.

I just need you to assess what is the user trying to accomplish and then streamline one or more steps in the process, maybe consolidate more tasks to a single menu.

Please identify any points of friction, suggest a simpler or less confusing navigation path that you would then be able to implement.
