webgl questions (need a class)

I need a class that can be used to instantiate different objects. Framework to be used is babylon js (please avoid to bid if you dont know this one)

I will give you: .glb link. Needs to work in babylonjs playground.

Class needs to:
a) Be able to load a custom mesh (parameter)
b) Be able to load a second mesh for lod (optional parameter - name of lod mesh)
c) Have a property called color (optional)
And very important,
d) Be able to instantiate whole class with methods (after its loaded / created)>
