Mission(proposal) is to create a web page that people(Seller)can announce/add there own items,service etc by the page and the page will be easy use (well classification/filtration of the specific item) for other people(Buyer) who need the item, Services, etc.
The first page is the map of the country(Iraq) that the user can select specific area one of three part North,Middle and south or even general whole the country for make his search on the item.
I will share a file there I remarked what are not need to be in the first page all other function shall be exist.
User logging function shall be easy as much as possible and hopeful with just phone number or Facebook/Instagram account and 6digit password but for professional there can be the email an option if they want.
when the seller will start upload his/her announce that will not be announce before the admin have look on the contain of the announce and before the payment of the cost of the announce .
Note (the announce will automatically expire in 60days but the seller shall get note notes 48h before expire and to be simple function to renew it if he/she interest and make the new payment for next 60 days)
Payment the cost of announce will be free in the first 6 month of page start and the free cost announce will shows clearly in the first page of the website.
the seller can only upload 8 photo on the item.
during the announcing steps the seller need to have clear message/ban on the reading the condition/policies.
Note/ the page shall be in three language (Kurdish,Arabic and English)
Note/ You need to surf very deeply in the webpage so you will have brightness/vision on what I need.
Note/ in the back, me as admin shall have the right to block the announce and block the user if he/she break the policies all that mean there will be a table/info(items how many renew who many items and etc.) data base table for all registered users.
Note/ seller also shall have the right to remove the announce when he/she sell it and this message shall be visible when he making the announce procedure.
Note/ the building of the the webpage shall be good quality material.
Note/ Seller shall input the phone no, area, category etc., Ask me to provide my account info after agreement with you.
Note/ the Buyer can communicate with the seller by sending message to seller account or even via phone
Note/ each announce shall have its own unique code so I easily will ask the owner to transfer money (announce cost) when the period of cost free announcing is out, and I easily can see the unpaid announce in the data base(easy filtration in the data base as administrator) and the seller easily can ask on his announce, even I want to see the specific statistics for visitor and what are more interest the visitor etc.
Note/ Mobile app shall be there
Note/ There will be very easy explained guide to who create an account to sell over the page or buyer to communicate via page itself with the seller when the interests seller/buyer will bottom on set announce or ask seller in correspondence, costumer can even communicate via phone or chat to get support.
Note/ I will pay 70% of your cost for building this project when you finish it, No advance payment, Payment will goes through Toogit, the rest of payment will come after 120days after you over handing the project.
Maximum execution time for this project is 20-30days after agreement.
please be sure you can execute this project exactly in same function as the web but in different design otherwise I cant release your wages.
Note/ Other small task related to the project can come up during the building of the project.
Note/ Bi daily meeting required to review the project progress.
Note/ all required cost (web domain, hosting) for project will be paid by me and this will be when project is ready to kick off to www.
