Website and app developer

Hey, to everyone. Im really passionate about innovation and with that I want to be more involved in the entrepreneurial space. So, I was wondering if anyone would be open to discussing some ideas Ive been working on. Ive been working on a lot of different innovative ideas through the years such as new apps, websites and just my own personal business ideas for the future. I want to develop all my ideas but there are a couple ideas in particular that Ive been working on a lot lately and really want to move forward with them. One is a an app idea I just thought about for schools and the other is website idea for college athletes that I already have the whole outline, logo and just basic information for but Im just missing one thing. I need help finding a legitimate partner that is willing to collaborate with me to build this website from the ground up. I eventually want to make a business out of this website so Im looking for a partnership and someone whos shares that same energy of grinding to make it happen. Like I said Im passionate about entrepreneurial ship and just trying to make a name for myself. Therefore I thought I should reach out on this app to see if there is anyone out there like me. So if anyone is in the Arizona area and is trying to really collaborate to make something happen please dont be afraid to connect with me. Also if anyone knows of any legitimate website developers or app developers that are willing to work with me as well please let me know.
