Website Development with Document Creation

We are developing a site that sells wills and living trusts specific to one state. All documents and website copy are ready to go and would like to have this up and running by 11/8/2020. Once the user purchases a document (needs to integrate payment processing), they will be able to complete by making selections on the website. There are essentially 2 main documents that will be produced from the user choosing the type of document and then answering questions where the input will be auto populated into the documents and then downloaded by the user. There are 8 documents that we have developed based on the users input; however, they all use the same form fields (some less fields than others), and they are all the same document just with some verbiage removed based on the need. I will share mock up and a document with all the form fields that will be the same across all documents. Once we have proof of concept, we will be adding more states and there will be a lot more work?
