Website - support & enhancements ASP.NET, HTML, SQL, AWS

Current Situation
- Interactive website. Simplified description is: user pulls in statistics, manipulates statistics, shares manipulated version of statistics
- ASP.NET with SQL database. HTML5 front end. Hosted on AWS.
- Offshore development team has completed 95% of the project.
- Im looking for a new partner that is more flexible in managing development process
- Mobile version of the site needs attention. Currently it has a lot of left/right scrolling and needs to become more mobile friendly

Ideal Candidate
- Technical skills needed to support backend and frontend
- Consultative approach of providing insight, suggestions, recommendations for the project
- Strong communication skills for working out details before work is started

Short Term Needs
- Audit/review of current code and functionality with suggestions for improvements
- Improvements to mobile version
- Production support after going live (within next few weeks). Should be limited; current code looks very stable in testing.
- Development of future enhancements - smaller effort items that are definitely needed

Long Term Needs - Larger Projects
- Extending and building upon current functionality
- Developing new modules/functionality for the site
- Significant opportunities availalbe for each of the above
- Input from users after go live will help define priorities
