We have a bug on Chrome / Windows 10 where the laptop freezes every time we try to upload a document and a pop-up shows up. This seems to be a recent bug on Chrome or Windows 10. It is really annoying, and we have to restart the machine to fix it.

We are looking for someone who can diagnose the issue and fix it so that this does not happen again.
