I need help getting out of an LLC. I had signed a plain document stating I was no longer involved in an LLC. I still receive letters from the IRS stating I am a responsible party and sent them a letter requesting it be changed to the other owner that is active. How can I be 100% sure I am fully out. I dont want anything to do with their filing penalties not regarding me.
