WooCommerce Shipping Set up

Hi. I have a WooCommerce site set up and I am in need to someone who has 100% Experience is setting up the quantity and shipping fee for each. I am selling seasoning on this site.

EXAMPLE:
1 Bottle of Seasoning- First Class Mail $3.99
2 Bottles - First Class Mail $6.50
3 to 5 Bottles -- Priority Mail Flat Rate $ xxx
6 or more FLAT RATE
etc.
I will give you the figures and quanitities. WooCommerce is limited so we may nee a PLUGIN.

You MUST know exactly how to do this and have doen it at least 5 times -- this should NOT take long if you already know how to do it.

You MUST be available NOW to do this task and have it completed within the next 30 minutes.

I will pay $12 for this task and will pay the minute its done and checked by me.
