Wordpress (Groupon API)

I will like to know if the following request falls within your area of expertise:

I have a Wordpress website currently under development. I am looking to set up a process whereby visitors to my website can specify their location as well as some other parameters like gender etc. - and these inputs will automatically be used to recommend/suggest specific groupon deals to the customers (using the Groupon API I guess). Ideally details about the deal - including pictures etc will display on my website - and then if the user is interested to buy they can click and be redirected to Groupon website.

My question at the moment is specific to Groupon at the moment - I will like to do similarly for other sites such as Etsy as well.

Please let me know if this is something you can do.
