WordPress HTML/CSS Ongoing Help - Other Programming Languages Helpful!

I am currently looking for help with a WordPress website. The only thing that really needs to be changed is some HTML and CSS issues with the design of the site. Ill need some help with the header design, some page design and even category design.

I am using a theme called Flatsome, so if you have experience with that theme, then thats even better!

I prefer it if you are very responsive and can work on the fly. Sometimes I have changes and I really like to have quick communication and work completion.

The current rate is for just the CSS/HTML modification for the header. I simply need a button and image to be aligned, some colors changed and text to be adjusted.

That being said, in the future I am will need a reliable reference for possibly tutoring or just quick references. If you have knowledge with the following languages, that would make you a more desirable reference but is NOT necessary for this gig:
