We currently are using a CMS system called MyHubIntranet and although the technology does what we need integrating it into our platform via Single-Sign-On has proven to be very not user friendly.
With that said we decided to migrate away from MyHub Intranet.
After doing a lot of research we believe installing wordpress along with an intranet template is the best option we have since the content we would like to share is simple.
The current site consists of the following:
1) Less that 30 pages of content
2) A module to share documents and forms based on user group
3) News Page
4) Events Calendar Page

Further to the above we need a proper sso process which we believe Wordpress can do.
