wordpress posting articles every fortnight

Looking for someone to create a new page and post an article each week on my wordpress site. Home page links will need to be updated, nothing complicated. Site is already built and the previous person who was doing it has left.
have a look at the articles that are posted each week and tell me if you are able to do this. I will pay for 2 hours of work every fortnight (a new article is posted every fortnight), is this ok for you?
