Website designer needs to use:
good graphic design website designs ( such as shadows, textures, graphics)
ideas on call to action, large phone numbers, good looking contact forms.
gtmetrix green scores on both
google page speed insights 80+ scores on both mobile and desktop
dont use h1 or h2 tags excessively in design.
Testing to make sure site looks good on firefox, chrome, safari etc
Make sure it looks good on all mobile phones, tables, dekstop sizes etc
