XERO Book-keeper/Accountant for Australian Business - Long-term (Property Management)

Business/Industry Info: Real-Estate/Property Management Business. I have a similar to AirBnB type of business of renting out rooms. So I have about 25 properties and about 100 rooms/100 tenants.

Role Summary: 3 monthly BAS, for accounting/tax purposes :).

Tasks
I have one Business, 1 Personal Bank account and PayPal.

Bank statement transactions includes transactions from tenants paying rent (usually weekly), properties bills & rents and maintainance expenses.

Ideal Person:
1. Experience: Ideally someone experience with XERO Software, Australian Based BAS Statement & tax (prefer not required).

2. Good Energy: This relatively easy-job, prefer someone who is high-energy person so they can naturally put in effort into task to do their best and avoid errors by good attention to detail :).

3. Someone who can provide tax-maximizing tips & strategies

Length: I will be a long-term client and expanding business :). I will give you 100% full access to all my data
