convert windows .exe to android app.
We have a yolov3 model and C++ source code (VS 2017 .sln window 10) for people framing, please transform the model to TF lite format and implement it on the Android system. TF lite version should support Leaky Relu and ResizeNearestNeighbor.
Input: video stream
Output: (x,y,w,h) of all the people and video stream with box.
What we need: a yolov3 app can be run on Android 9.0, the app will obtain the video stream of TVs camera and frame people in real time.
The code including format transformation code and main function.
You need to use TeamViewer to implement your app on an Android TV system
You need to finish this job in 3 days
