ZenCart upgrade (involves new template)

We need someone to upgrade current Zencart Version 1.3.9 to 1.5.6. We have a development server setup with a copy of the site. Freelancer must be able to:
1. upgrade zencart on development server to version 1.5.6
2. upgrade all 3rd party plugins to work with version 1.5.6
3. install responsive template that will maintain current site look/feel (for both desktop an mobile). The current site uses jquery mobile theme for zencart which is no longer available. You will need to load a new responsive template that maintains current site look/feel.
4. Once all updates have been approved, you will need to resync the old site to the new site so that all database orders are up to date.
