Zoho Automation Integration

Looking to connect my Calendly Booking Schedule with Zoho crm, and then to set up an automation sequence once the calendar event has been created. Automation will be in the following order:

+ calendar booking on the site (Removed by Toogit admin)
+ lead is instantly and automatically emailed a dropbox file with several documents
+ a tag is attached to the lead in Zoho crm
+ 5 minutes after the lead is sent the dropbox link and automated text message is sent to the lead
+ simultaneously to receiving the text message, a reminder is sent to the lead owner to call the lead in 10 minutes
+ once the lead status is changed manually by the lead owner from new lead, to contacted, the automation is discontinued

Once the automation is set up, I would like a brief summary of how this was achieved.
