Hi There,

We have implamented Zoho One over the past 4 months and have built a nice framework touching on books, expenses, CRM, Projects, Recruit etc. and are very close to being where we want.

What I am looking for is a Zoho implementation expert to help guide us that extra 20% of the way to perfect our flow and ensure that we are connecting the correct information to the right departments and automating this as much as possible.

Here are two key documents that outline our sales process and our existing CRM mapping.
