I need to get set up a Twilio/Soho desk ivr extension.

The zoho desk extension to be able to transfer to other phones in the office. Basically I need the desk to tie into your pbx so that the call center can answer and transfer to people outside of the zoho desk system. Furthermore, I need the desk system to be able to dial outbound.
