Zoho One setup and customisation

We are an accounting practice using a specialist workflow tool called Senta. Its specific to the accounting industry however many of its functions are found in most CRMs. The main issue with Senta is the lack of API and integrations with other apps we use which severely impacts my ability to automate a number of our business processes. I would like to attempt to recreate the workflows and job templates we have in ZOHO CRM / Projects to validate it would be possible. As a second phase I would like to connect other data sources if possible and build operational dashboards for my team with KPIs and targets. The initial project will be to gather business requirements and to validate what I would like to do is possible. Then we can move on to developing and customising other requirements. Finally I would like to develop an app for our customers to track, jobs, track issues / questions, understand deadlines and to communicate with my support team.
