About This Service

I offer 3D modelling and render in SketchUp, 2D drafting in AutoCAD and also some Interior designing or furniture designing. For my International clients, take note that I live in the Philippines. So all of the projects that you guys want me to do and done on time will only be sent via email (only file can be sent to you). I'll try to find a way as soon as possible to send some plans and outputs in a hardcopy to your area. Please take note also that my pricing will based on the project that you guys will make me work on (But I am willing to have a bid to it if you are having a financial trouble :>)

What seller need from the Buyer to get started?

For 3D model:

I need some complete set of AutoCAD 2D plans (site plan, roofing plan, elevations, floor plan, etc.)

Need to know what the house or structure would look like to reach your expectations.

For 2D drafts:

I need to have the hand draft that the buyer/client made so I can draft it in the AutoCAD software.

For Designing:

I only need some ideas to the buyer/client about their perspective of the design

Esitmated cost is $181.82 & delivery in 14 days
