About This Service

Generates shop drawing from BIM model. Coordinates with product data for incorporation into shop drawings. Updates BIM from level to development 300 to 500. Prepares As-built drawings. Can report either to TSD Engineer/Architect (shop drawings) or TSD supervisor. Ensures the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the department and project assignments. Read, interpret and analyze the plan of a given project. Prepare the BIM model for architectural, structural and MEPFS to LOD 300 using autodesk revit architecture, structure and MEPFS. Attend the BIM weekly work sessions set by the design coordinators. Generate request for information for conflicts, clashes and clarifications that need to be resolved. Responsible in updating the BIM based from the resolved clashes to come up with a clash free BIM. Convert the final CSD plan (clash free) from revit to autocad file.
