you will need to be aware of certain things, I cannot build your scripts (unless for extra charge), I cannot do your character designs either (Unless this is taken as another project : because character design determines the art style needed for the animation).
tools I use include. PS, KRITA, adobe flash/animate, open toonz, blender, animate 4, medibang. I also write content, story from idea to ready for animation.

I will need a character design blue print, voice over files, and clearly stated needs for theme color, mood, storyboard(optional ). also a complete script to follow. and I will develop an animatic to show you if its in line with your needs before i go into production (time for this step isn't part of time to deliver as animatic approval is the genesis of the animation beginning).
