About This Service

Design Structure:

1. Design as per ASME pressure vessel codes & manufacturing as per GMP,cGMP and GEP norms.
2. Nozzles, flanges and Fasteners to respect ANSI grades
3. ASTM for Materials
4. Gearboxes and Motors will be as per market standards and non rotary.
5. Weldmets will be excluded.
6. Piping will be respective to standard pipe schedule

What seller need from the Buyer to get started?

A.Client to specify the following information:

1. Design Datasheets (If Any)
2. Reactions stating complete change in phase and thermodynamic study.
3. If points 1 & 2 are unavailable, client must specify the reactions along with products and reactants with respective MSDS.
4. If the client proposes to attach heat exchangers, column, catchpots and distillate collectors,this will be charges 40% of the total project costs.

B.Client to confirm layout and area availability in the floor plan and elevations so that there will be ease of dimension for the reactor.
