I have 2+ years and above experience in pleading, drafting, conveyancing and litigation. I am a legal practitioner with adequate knowledge in legal subjects such as Civil, Criminal, Contracts, Torts..etc.
Additionally, I have good knowledge about contracts and deeds such as Lease, Mortgage, Sale Agreement(s), Sale Deed(s), WILL deed(s), Gift deed(s), Partnership Agreement(s), GPA(s), SPA(s),..etc.
What I have to offer?
I generally complete most of the projects/agreements/drafting of contracts within the deadline / time allotted to me (E.g. 24 to 48 hours or 3 days). Also, I make sure that I do whatever I can to live up to the expectations of a Buyer / Client and I do so by putting the Buyer's / client's needs above my own.
I would request the following from the Buyer / Client:
i.) Please include all the basic details such as Name, Address or any other info for my reference.
ii.) Kindly make sure to include all the attachments, files, clauses or any information that you would like to be added in the Contract / Agreement.
iii.) Please do not miss out on any important information as it is necessary while cross-checking / examining a document.
iv.) If any information has been missed / incomplete or if any attachment has not been added or if all the data is not provided, I shall not be held responsible whatsoever.
v.) Please mention a deadline (including a grace deadline) as to when you would like the work / task / project to be completed (on or before date).
Please note: There may be some network latency problems or website problems or any other factor that may be preventing me from completing the work / task / project. Rest assured, I shall do my best to complete the task / project / work no longer than the allotted time given to me for completing the work / task / project / contract.
