Dividing Ridge Genealogy sends an invoice prior to beginning services of $100.00. This is for any possible database fees or services to open locked doors and break through walls. The remaining balance is to be paid upon completion of the project.

What if nothing can be located?

If the researcher runs into a brick wall after more than forty-eight hours they contact the client(s) to explain the reason for the stall in research, and a final invoice will be submitted for the remaining balance of the service.
