Communicating to the client about possible enhancements and optimizations to boost the website speed, look and feel, reach SEO, etc. (Recommendations are free, implementation may be subject to a nominal cost)
Reminder about renewing the website registration / validity / tips about which vendor would offer the same infrastructure for a better price.
Any other feature that the client needs may be discussed in the maintain ace package.

What seller need from the Buyer to get started?

Website hosting admin panel access. Cpanel or plesk panel. Mostly its either of these two. This will allow me to backup files, monitor downtime if any, monitor service expiry, scan for virus, malware, etc and also make content updates
CMS Wordpress admin panel access : This will allow changes to the content, images, logo, plugins, etc of the website
If the buyer wants me to manage Google Analytics, Google forms or any similar service then access to the same will be needed.
