What to expect?

As your virtual assistant I am in this for the long run. Therefore preparations are required.

First week: Get to know my employer (Your likes, dislikes, workethics, expectations, ways of communication and so forth)

Second week: Get to know my work environment (Who I will be working with, key figures, possible collegues?)

Third week: Get to know the work itself (Current tasks, what has been done already, upcoming tasks)

Fourth week: I am ready to operate autonomously

Price

My hourly tariff is 20 dollars per hour including the toogit fee.

Duration

For at least 1 month by default with a minimum of 10 hours per week.

What seller need from the Buyer to get started?

It varies from buyer to buyer but in general I want to know:

Employer:

Who you are
What your role / position is
What your expectations are
How we keep in touch (including frequency and where)
Your likes and dislikes (this allows me to understand what I can and cannot say or do)
Would you appreciate own initiative, if so, till how far can I go?

Organization (if applicable):

The vision & mission
What my role entails and how it fits in the bigger picture
Do I have free reign or not. If not, what kind of limitations do I have?

Work

What is the work that needs to be done?
How would that need to be done?
Where and in what (software) needs that to be done?

Other

Any other topics relevant to my work or role to be aware of
Formal work employment agreement (Toogit is acceptable as well)
Amount of hours you want me to work at minimum per week (and if I need to track that time)
