I am trying to change my profession from a Software engineer to Quality Assurance Engineer.
My only experience of testing is from when I was software engineer in corporate jobs.
Given enough documentation (Requirements, use cases, API documentation etc), I can create/run test cases.
I also enjoy looking for bugs. I also like writing bug reports.
I also do not know any programs QA used but I am willing to learn.
Enough information: Requirements, use cases, API documentations. Basically any/all documents relevant.
Time to learn stuff. Reading and understanding documents requires time. Also, time to learn new software needed for the job.
Training (if they require)
Flexibility in schedule.
Esitmated cost is $1,528.88 & delivery in 30 daysI am a software engineer. I have 7 years of experience. 6 years from a corporate job creating and bug fixing firmwares for multi function printers. I mainly code network modules. I also know bash scripting and good on linux machince (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS). I am trying to change my profession from a developer to QA engineer. However, if need be I can still code.
