My Scope for the work include;
1. Accountancy services
Update all entries relating to payments received in cash, cheques and any other means from customers to their respective accounts
Book expenses in their relevant ledgers and provides for all accruals for the month.
Carry out bank reconciliations and notify the management of any un-cleared items.
Reconcile creditors balances with the creditors’ statements and share creditors balances with the management for approval monthly.
Maintain and regularly update schedules and assets register.
2. Audit Support services
Prepare financial statements based on relevant accounting standards
Assist formulate internal control frameworks and other working papers that would be needed by the auditor
Liaise with the auditors on behalf of the management to ensure auditors requests are responded to.

I am a certified public accountant with over two years of experience in Xero and Quickbooks accounting software, bookkeeping and drafting of financial statements based on relevant accounting policies and IFRS. I also do the audit representation on audit support.
