3d Modeler needed to design wall hanging

I need someone to design a wall hanger that will display Disney style mouse ear headbands with a minimal amount of the hanger showing. I would like two fully 3d printable stl files, one with the wall side flat and one with the wall side having nail slots. That way I have different hanging options. I will share a couple of photos to help explain what I mean. One is an example of the headbands and the other is of the nail slots Id like one version to have.
