Need WordPress Site with Elementor

We are a marketing agency and looking for a creative WordPress developer with HTML/CSS knowledge to work for a lot of Elementor works. The design is already finished. I need someone very proficient with WordPress and Elementor.

Requirements:

1. Good understanding of current design trends, and latest web technologies.
2. Maintain quality and accuracy of code
3. Ensure consistency of the visual designs and if a design file is provided, must match all the details to every pixel.
4. Ability to understand business deliverables and take ownership of their work.

Soft Skills:

1. English fluency.
2. Efficient and clear communication skills.
3. Effective time management that allows one to meet deadlines, whilst working on multiple projects.
4. Can adapt to the latest relevant technology and upskill yourself when necessary.
5. Troubleshooting skills that deal with problems efficiently.
