Operations Assistant-Real Estate

Main Responsibilities: The candidate must be capable to supervise all remodeling, refurbishment and improvements in residential and commercial properties. Also, part of the work will be to oversee personnel working on projects, contractors and field personnel. You must manage and manage paperwork before the city of Detroit. Operational experience in residential and/or commercial remodeling projects is an advantage.

What we expect: We are looking for a proactive, reliable, highly motivated and results-oriented candidate. The applicant must have excellent organizational skills, communication and experience in negotiating with contractors.

Key knowledge and experiences:
Computer Skills are required. Minimum of 2 years in preconstruction, estimation and/or operation experience in residential or commercial construction projects. It is a requirement to have a drivers license and own car.

Fluent English and Spanish.
