Data Collector for Dev Ops Toolset

Looking for to build a reusable SaaS data extraction tool on top of Google Cloud Services. Four phases can be broken up for separate milestones / deliverables.

1. Build a google apps webapp with single sign on from google auth. I want customer data partitioned by the domain of the users email that logs in. Im content with google as the only sso provider
   
2. GitHub sync. A settings page to auth into a GitHub account (sso or an app token, tbd). Once authd, display a list of repos a user has read access to that they can enable/disable for sync. When enabled, once an hour, all commit and PR history should be syncd to a Big Query database for future use
   
3. JIRA sync. A settings page to auth into an Atlassian account (sso or an app token, tbd). Once authd, auto-sync all JIRA ticket state change and comment history to a Big Query database for future use
   
4. display a text only daily view of all GitHub or jira activity in a table on a page for the user to view. Nothing fancy, just an output later project work will add visualizations and compiled KPIs.
