We are looking for a Virtual Assistant that can help us with our daily routine, email handling travel plan, and other data entry works.
This job involves a variety of tasks, including e-mail feedback, reviews, surveys, and several other responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Maintain my appointments/calendar.
  2. Email management and organization.
  3. Prepare presentations and/or spreadsheets.
  4. Social Media management.
  5. Create structure/workflow/processes.
  6. Research technologies and make recommendations.
  7. CRM administration: updates and data entry.
  8. Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, and cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
