We are looking for a Freelancer with a good understanding of IRR and Preferred rate of return calculations. This is in relation to the calculation of performance fees for a Fund. I have a calculation made up, but it needs to be more prepared in a better fashion, for better understanding. With this said very good skills in excel will be required.

We have the wording of the performance fees and how they should be calculated by the Fund manager, this can be provided by the individual working on the project

I will be open to fixing price projects, we hope to have the project close off today.
