Need Shopify API developer

I am in search of a Shopify API developer that can create the following:

A Shopify order form that creates a draft order in the backend of Shopify but follows this frontend process.

Link will share with desired candidates

The difference is.... the client would like to accept cheques and other manual payment methods(money orders) without these being displayed through the online checkout process.

I assume this can only be completed by creating a collection in Shopify and utilizing the Shopify draft order API.

The question is, is this doable? And secondly, name your price to do this properly, including ironing out the tweaks.

There is no rush on the development but if we could have an estimation within one month, that would be great.
